Well, it is over.  At least in theory.  Most of the snow is long gone, muddy water from snowmelt is gone, and I am staring at a bright sunny 60 degree day outside.  Olives have been reported on some warmer streams in the area, and fish are feeding like mad with water temps peaking out at over 45 degrees now.  The early season is over by all the means we here at the shop use to measure it.  This is springtime fishing.
