My wife and I were out fishing again last night on a larger stream that runs a bit warmer than other area streams.  Geri cleaned up fishing yellow sallies in the riffles, while I caught a few fish on beetles and craneflies.  Concentrating on the water directly below riffles and in the riffles themselves was key.

There have also been olive caddis hatches in the cooler streams in the area in the evenings (Thanks for the report Tom).  So do not forget to stay out until dark as some of the best fishing this time of year happens after dinner time!
