April 17th Fishing Report

Snow showers likely, mainly before 11am. Cloudy, with a high near 37. Breezy, with a northwest wind 8 to 13 mph increasing to 17 to 22 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 38 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.
6-12 inches fell area wide last night.  While it will not mess with the fishing too much, driving and parking will be difficult. Today is probably a good day to stay home.  Tomorrow after a bit of melting and road maintenance will be MUCH better.
The snow is a great thing overall, the ground should absorb most of it and our springs will benefit!. It all  should be melted by Wednesday.  We will keep you posted on water conditions.
