July 26th Fishing Report

Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 11am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 11am and 1pm. High near 89. Heat index values as high as 96. Light and variable wind becoming northwest 5 to 10 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Some quick rain showers this morning have put humidity into the air, that plus the warmer air temperatures means we will see high 90s for air temperatures the next couple of days.  Friday cools down a bit, and the weekend is forecasted for highs barely touching 80 degrees!
Skip today and tomorrow and keep your powder dry for the weekend (we might even get some rain on Friday).  If you are in town, make sure to fish early in the morning and skip the heat later in the day for the health of both the trout and you.
