August 29th Fishing Report

Sunny, with a high near 79. North wind 10 to 13 mph.
The nighttime lows the next few nights are in the high 40s to 50 degrees!  This will make the morning fishing pretty solid.
Unfortunately we are still in extreme drought and the creeks are very, very low and clear.  We're still waiting for any kind of significant rains.
Terrestrials are in full swing with ants, beetles, crickets and hoppers catching fish.  There are a few tricos in the mornings and the last hour or two of light at night we are seeing fish eating on top again to purple parachutes or tan body double caddis.
