March 12th Fishing Report

Mostly sunny, with a high near 69. Southwest wind 10 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph.
The water is still frustratingly low, and the sun high in the sky...  BUT, with the warmer temperatures we seem to have hit the winter to spring transition a bit (unfortunately it looks like it will cool down after the weekend).  The warmer weather has the blue winged olives out and fish rising in the mid to late afternoon on many of our creeks.  We will not call it the hatch yet, but it is pretty close....
Overall creeks are very low and clear with temperatures in the mid to higher 40s.
