June 10th Fishing Report

Sunny, with a high near 70. North wind 3 to 7 mph.
Incredibly nice weather today and tomorrow, with a warm front coming in mid week bringing some wind and potential evening rains.  Not a terrible weather forecast overall for the week.
Creeks are still a touch low and running clear.  Temperatures are right around 60 area wide.  The trout's menu has not changed much since last week.  Smaller terrestrials (ants and beetles especially on the breezy days!), crane flies, and lighter colored mayflies hatching in the evenings.  Watch for mayfly spinners in the very early morning with trout sipping on the surface before the sun gets too high in the sky.
Subsurface fishing has been quite good on thin patterns with a bit of flash lately.
The night time anglers have started to report some success on leeches, streamers and mice once the sun starts to set!
