March 7th Fishing Report
A 40 percent chance of snow, mainly before noon. Cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 41. Calm wind becoming north around 6 mph in the afternoon. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.A pretty decent looking weekend ahead! The snow from the middle of the week is all but melted leaving creeks clear to slightly stained with temperatures in the high 30s area wide.
We are still seeing some spotty midge hatches that have fish rising, but most of the activity is subsurface on midge larvae, scuds, and small leeches.
Shop is open today and Saturday from 10-2. Closed Sunday and Monday starts our 7 day a week schedule with normal hours!
