June 3rd Fishing Report

Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Temperature falling to around 64 by 5pm. Breezy, with a south wind 11 to 16 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 33 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
It's unfortunate, but the rains look like they will only drop a little bit on us again.  Our creeks remain very low and clear.  Thankfully, the cooler weather ahead means fishing will continue to stay solid!  Days with a bit more cloud cover are better than bright and sunny days.
Fish with as much stealth as possible (have you seen the new clear tip lines from SA?!?!).
Lighter colored mayflies are hatching in the evening, and a few caddis are popping mid day along with craneflies.
