June 4th Fishing Report
Areas of smoke before 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 75. North wind 3 to 6 mph.The area received about 3/4 to an inch and a half of rain in the past 24 hours. Most creeks were not changed at all, with only a couple getting a bit stained. As of this morning everything is mostly clear to stained!
The sun continues to be the limiting factor on our low and clear creeks. Fish early, fish late, and find shade to find the happiest fish.
We are seeing lighter colored mayflies hatch the last couple hours of the day, and a few caddis in the afternoon. Through most of the day fishing an edible indicator (terrestrial, hippie stomper etc) with a bead head below in the riffles and runs will catch fish when they are not rising
