June 11th Fishing Report

A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 5pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 83. West wind around 6 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon.
Creeks are low and clear with temps in the mid to high 50s.  Excellent conditions for this time of year!
There is a small cold front rolling in tonight, and with it the chance for some light drizzle over the next few days!  The streak of great trout weather this June continues.
Fish are eating beetles and ants on the surface all day long, and are keying in on lighter colored mayflies later in the evening or if the sky remains cloudy.
Subsurface fishing has been best on perdigon style flies or medium thickness patterns like the Euro Squirrel.
