June 20th Fishing Report

Showers and thunderstorms, mainly before noon. High near 84. South wind 6 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 23 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
Nice cloudy and drizzle morning.  Not enough rain to mess things up by any stretch of the imagination.
We're recommending to skip this weekend.  It will be HOT out there with heat indices over 100 degrees.  Not nice for humans, and the water temperatures are climbing rapidly.  A good weekend to stay local and fish for panfish or just stay home and stay cool.
If you are out there, please use your thermometer.  Anything over 65 will be slow fishing and much more than that can be lethal to trout.  Bettles and ants on the surface, thin bodied bugs in the drizzle.
