October 9th Fishing Report

Mostly sunny, with a high near 80. Breezy, with a southwest wind 7 to 12 mph increasing to 16 to 21 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 33 mph.
It's in the last week of season.  Every day is a perfect day to fish!
Creeks are clear and running late season low.  Temperatures are in the low 50s.
We're seeing olives in the evening when the sun comes off the water, and fishing terrestrials and attractors tied below all day long.  Nothing too fancy or special this time of year.
The sun is your limiting factor right now, try to find shade or avoid the mid day sun for the best fishing.
Larger fish are starting to eat streamers and leeches.  Again, fishing dawn and dusk is your best shot at hooking some larger fish!
