January 28th Fishing Report
Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 22. Calm wind becoming southeast around 6 mph in the afternoon.Creeks are low and clear. With these temperatures it just isn't worth being out there. Water temps are in the low to mid 30's. We see a brief warm up on Saturday with temperatures hitting 31, but without the sun shining on the water fishing could be dicey. It looks like Monday has a chance at being winter fishing weather (sunny and high 20's) if you are hearty!
Please keep in mind the impact winter fishing has on fish. If at all possible keep fish in the water and do not handle them with gloves on!
