March 15th Fishing Report
Snow. The snow could be heavy at times. High near 34. Breezy, with an east wind 16 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.Creeks are in great shape as we avoided any runoff. Today's snow should not do much at all to mess up the fishing (outside of the winds today!).
MIdges and winter stoneflies are still the main item on the menu. There are fish rising daily and many are even eating foam flies on the surface! We have been fishing a hippie stomper or training wheel in a darker body color with good success.
