June 8th Fishing Report

A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 89. Calm wind becoming southeast around 6 mph in the afternoon.
Creeks are low and clear with temperatures in the high 50s to low 60s.  While it hasn't turned completely sour yet, the fishing definitely slows down mid day when the sun is on the water.
Find the shade and you will find fish!
Terrestrials, caddis, and a few light colored mayflies at dusk are getting fish to eat on the surface.  The rest of the day fishing a large beetle or hippie stomper with a bead head below is doing the trick!  Get it close to the undercut banks below the riffles.
