June 21st Fishing Report

Mostly sunny, with a high near 66. Breezy, with a northwest wind 13 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
We've been lucky enough to get a bit of rain (still not enough to touch the overall flows, but a couple of mini flushes) and some cooler temperatures.  While we are still not out of the woods water temperature wise (remember to use your thermometer!), things are overall much better than the past couple of weeks.
The week ahead promises some more cool days and nights, and a chance for some more rain later this week.
Creeks are low and clear to slightly stained with temperatures in the low to mid 60s.  Fishing is still best with terrestrials right now, but the cooler weather should bring out some mayflies and egg laying caddis in the evenings.
