August 10th Fishing Report

A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 87. Heat index values as high as 98. West wind 8 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
The creeks north of town are still recovering.  They were hit hard by rains and caused quite a bit of damage to roads and bridges.  Best to let them be for a few days.
The good news is that south of town is in great shape.  Clear waters and happy fish.
The high humidity and heat will persist today and a bit into tomorrow, but we are looking at mid 70s by Friday.
