August 12th Fishing Report

Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 81. South wind 5 to 10 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph
Creeks north are still muddy, but there is finally a touch of visibility!  South of town things are in much better shape, flowing clear to slightly stained even after another small burst of rains yesterday.
In the murky water, scuds, leeches and worm farm are fishing well.  Clear water is hopper or hippie with food, purple drank or ice cream cones hung below them.
There is a cool weather front rolling in today which will keep overnight temps quite pleasant and daytime highs barely touching 80.  Good summer conditions!
