September 6th Fishing Report

Sunny, with a high near 77. Calm wind becoming west around 6 mph in the afternoon.
What a week we have ahead of us!  Today is the hottest day all week.  Temperatures dip closer to 70 starting tomorrow.
It has been so comfortable out there lately with water and air temperatures both angler and trout friendly.
Hatches are sparse with a few tricos still hanging on in the mornings and a handful of midges and caddis in the evenings.  As it gets chillier, there is a chance to see some olives hatching.  While we won't say it is an official hatch, be prepared just in case!
Hoppers have been fantastic lately!  Fishing a hopper or hippie stomper with a bead head below is the way to go.
