October 1st Fishing Report

Mostly sunny, with a high near 83. Light southeast wind becoming south 5 to 9 mph in the morning.

SEASON CLOSES ON THE 16TH!

Mostly sunny, with a high near 83. Light southeast wind becoming south 5 to 9 mph in the morning.
The clouds they forecasted today aren't arriving.  Instead we are stuck with another hot and sunny day!  Fish early and late, and find the shade to find happy fish.  The cloud cover over the weekend should make fishing far better and get the olives showing up in better numbers in the later afternoon.
It's hopper dropper until the evening when fish will rise to mayflies and midges.
Subsurface fishing has been best on purple drank and surrenders.
