May 14th Fishing Report

A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 5pm. Sunny, with a high near 85. Light and variable wind becoming southwest 5 to 10 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph.
Last hot day of the heat wave.  Tomorrow things go back to normal.  The high heat has put the fish in a little funk.  Seek out shade and use your thermometer.  We have seen some creeks in the high 60s at the end of the day during this heat crunch!
Creeks are low and clear with temperatures in the low 60s.  This will cool down after today.
Caddis are still the main course on the menu with both tan and blacks out there now.  Trout are also still doing well on foam flies with droppers through the day too.
